RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
The following items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened supplement pouches or bottles
- Opened skincare products
- Items marked as final sale
To initiate a return, email us at support@healtyandwealthy.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
EXCHANGES
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@healtyandwealthy.com.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order may already be processed and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
