SHIPPING POLICY — HEALTHY & WEALTHY

FREE CANADIAN SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Canada. No minimum order required.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
- Ontario & Quebec: 10–15business days
- Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): 10–15business days
- Atlantic Canada (NS, NB, NL, PEI): 10–15 business days
- Northern Canada (YT, NT, NU): 10–15 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

ORDER ISSUES
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@healtyandwealthy.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we ship within Canada only. International shipping is not available.
